After a month or so eying at G-Shock, I've finally caved in and bought myself one; a Casio G-Shock GLX5600A-2. I need a new watch anyway, my current one is starting to show its age, five years and still kicking strong. I had my mind set on picking up the black one but once my eyes caught sight of the blue one, I think I knew I wouldn't be walking out of the store with the black one. Haven't owned one of these since primary school years ago, had a yellow one back then, nostalgic feel when putting it on. They sure are tough, though I don't think I'll be putting this new one through the same rigorous playground activities that my yellow one went through.
